At PENTAX, we stand by the precision and quality of our imaging equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PENTAX account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the camera body, lenses, or accessories in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
